The Setup
Get hands-on with a real-world fleet.
Most workshops train you on commercial gear you'll never have at home. We do things differently. You will spend the session navigating the actual home machines. At the same time, you can have a feel of what a prosumer/commercial machine feels like. It's the ultimate 'test-drive' to help you understand what setup truly fits your kitchen.
